We have officially reached the five-year time jump of The Vampire Diaries universe. That’s right season, three of The Originals wraps up with the Mikelson siblings falling into magical sleep while Klaus agrees to a life of torture to atone for his sins.
There’s also this whole thing with Marcel becoming Super Mega Original, but we’ll deal with the fallout of that in season four…probably. Sometimes they forget to wrap up plotlines, but it’s all fine.
We also discuss the future of the podcast with NETFLiX'S pASswORD shArINg LOckDOwN and our undying passion for the film Titanic as it SAILS back into theatres this month. Hyauck hyauck hyauck.

‘Skinamarink’ is a 2022 horror movie about two kids who wake up to find their father missing. Strange things continue to happen as the doors and windows begin to disappear in their home, leaving fewer and fewer ways to get away from the monsters lurking in the shadows.
This is probably THE most divisive horror movies of the last 30 years, leaving these podcast hosts wondering:
“Have we found the next Blair Witch Project?”
But we couldn’t be more excited to get back into it and let you know whether or not Skinamarink is worth the hype.

Did you know the US remake of Goodnight Mommy came out earlier this year? Well, if you didn't you're in good company because we heard absolutely nothing about this tired remake.
Starring the queen of US adaptations, Naomi Watts, Goodnight Mommy (2022) follows almost the exact same story as the original Austrian film of the same name. Only...not as good. So, if you're looking for a watered-down version of the original where nothing is tied up well, Goodnight Mommy (2022) is the right film for you!

But, that doesn’t mean we’re not going to fill you in on all the other fun stuff going on in our daily lives. Like, Sam getting to attend Kevin Smith’s SModCastle Film Festival and how Stormy is hard at work on that Ph.D.
We’ve also chosen the next film we want to review, which will be *drumroll* Goodnight Mommy (2022). And no, that’s not a mistake. They decided to remake an already perfect thriller because some of you people refuse to read subtitles. Tut tut tut.
